What I think this does is keeps the power switch lifted high enough to not touch the contact that causes the Well, I just did that near the top of the laptop (closest to the power switch), and it's opened like 1/16" of an inch There's a phase where they say use a guitar pick to take the cover off. To youtube later, but you know how you normally want to take the cover off of a laptop to access the motherboard? OK, that means nothing, and I'm having a hard time putting this into words. What seemed to help was to split the back part of the laptop. So I went to a place to have them replace it, but they didn't want to deal with a laptop so what I ended up doing
TOSHIBA P755 S5320 OVERCLOCKING SERIES
Look into the Lenovo Y500 series if you want something budget that you can run War Thunder and plenty of other games on.OK, I've been noticing this similar thread all over the internet and it seems that the issue is the "power board".īasically the on/off switch starts to wear. To OP: You can hook up GPUs to your laptop, but I do not think it's worth it. Pretty cheap, very good gaming and studio oriented laptop. I play on the Lenovo Y500 right now and, despite the price it was when I got it, it is now 700 or below to get your hands on one on Ebay. On high settings in War Thunder I can get 100-200 FPS. Currently my laptop was released two years ago and I'm getting 60 FPS in most new games through close modification of settings.
TOSHIBA P755 S5320 OVERCLOCKING UPGRADE
I upgrade to a new laptop every two to three years to keep up with newer releases. I have gamed on laptops for the past six years and not had any issues. Laptops can be used for gaming just fine. Its just ppl tellin u that they "can play" on laptops.Īnd uneducated muffins such as yourself have no business talking about this. Edited Augby Erwin_JagerwurstĮdit: and theres no "gaming laptops".
TOSHIBA P755 S5320 OVERCLOCKING PC
You can build a PC more powerful than all of these for less than 1000 dollars. However, at the end of the day, building your own PC is the most efficient way to do things.

And the y50 if you are really on a budget. The price difference between the Msi and the y50 isn't too great, though the price difference between the y50 and the Razer is huge.Ĭonclusion: Get the Razer Blade 2014 if you can afford it. I haven't personally used one yet so I can't recommend it too much. This is the cheapest you can get for a good gaming laptop.
TOSHIBA P755 S5320 OVERCLOCKING 1080P
This is cheaper than the Razer Blade because of the slightly weaker gpu, poorer build quality, and only a 1080p screen. While you don't need 16gb for gaming, if you are serious about the activities we mentioned before, this could be useful. It's almost as powerful while significantly cheaper. This one is good and I personally recommended it to a friend since the Razer Blade was over his budget. If the only thing you want to do is game (not serious about photo editing, graphic design, 3D rendering etc) then 8gb is enough. While it only has 8gb of RAM, if you only want to game, that's all you need, as this study proves.
TOSHIBA P755 S5320 OVERCLOCKING PORTABLE
It's really thin making it very portable without sacrificing power. It's quite pricey but has the most powerful GPU of the three I'm linking and is built with much higher quality. If you wish to stick with laptops thats great too. For only 400 dollars you can build a computer that is cheaper and more powerful than a "next gen" console. It's easier and cheaper than you think it is. If you want to upgrade I would suggest building your own computer. You cannot unless it was ordered as a customizable laptop. Also it makes sure the parts are compatible :salute:

If you need a good site to help you out and find great deals: It will give you not only deals but also search many sites to find the best prices. If you want to really ram some dishonourable gaijin, just spend a little extra cash and get a brand new one (or even better build it yourself). The make of it is pretty low quality, not to mention the internals. Take it from a previous Satellite owner, it's best to just replace it. Current performance for warthunder is on extremely low settings and the game crashes as soon as the loading screen comes up. Also I currently have 6gbs have ram, If I upgrade my laptops ram and its hard drive how much of an increase in power would there be. I was wondering if I took my laptop apart would I be able to put a better graphics card in. There is no option to overclock the laptop since it still wouldn't do much and I cant since the BIOS is locked.
